General Questions

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season and major holidays. Availability is limited and fills quickly.

Where do you cater?
We cater throughout Southern California—everywhere from Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Newport Beach to Hollywood studios, corporate offices, private estates, courtyards, and rooftops. Whether you're in a major city or a hidden gem of a venue, chances are we've catered there before! We serve these locations weekly, bringing our signature wood-fired pizza experience to events both large and small.

What types of events do you cater?
We cater weddings, corporate events, private parties, Hollywood productions, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, fundraisers, and large-scale public events.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for all events.

Menu & Service Questions

What's included in your catering packages?
Our all-inclusive packages cover staffing, setup, wood-fired pizza service, and cleanup. Family-style dining, tray-passed appetizers, and premium menu selections are available at an additional cost.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We offer gluten-free pizza crusts, dairy-free cheese, and a selection of vegan-friendly menu items.

Can I customize the menu?
Absolutely! You can select from our signature and premium pizzas, as well as a variety of salads, pasta, appetizers, and desserts.

How is the food served?
Most events feature buffet-style service, but we also offer family-style dining and tray-passed appetizers upon request.

Logistics & Requirements

What space is needed for setup?
Our largest trailer ovens require a 12x20 ft space with at least 86" clearance for tight access areas. However, we also have smaller, rolling wood-fired ovens that can fit into compact locations, including patios, courtyards, rooftops, and hard-to-reach spaces.

How long does setup take?
Our team arrives approximately one hour before service to set up and heat the oven.

Is there a travel fee?
The first 35 miles from our base are included. Beyond that, a $10/mile (one-way) fee applies.

What's your payment and cancellation policy?
25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment is due before the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
